Job summary

Arch Telecom is seeking a Mobile Associate to join our Retail Team. You will learn customer service excellence, perform hands-on demonstrations, and help customers find personalized device and service solutions in-store.

You will work with teammates to build product knowledge, uncover customer needs, and guide purchases with patience and empathy, setting the stage for advancement to Mobile Expert after training.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• High school degree or GED.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Ability to lift objects weighing up to 25lbs.
• Reliable transportation.
• Full Time (40 hours) or Part Time (20+ hours) availability.

Responsibilities

• Help customers pick up where they left off in their shopping journey in-store, online, or via Customer Care.
• Provide hands-on demonstrations of the latest technology in-store.
• Side-by-side selling to find personalized solutions beyond the basics.
• Guide customers through purchasing with thoughtful questions and expert answers.
