Job summary

Arch Telecom is looking for Mobile Associates to join our national wireless retail team. You will learn and demonstrate the latest technology, understand customer needs, and guide them through purchasing experiences in-store.

The role emphasizes delivering excellent service, building loyalty, and growing product knowledge with trainable pathways toward promotion. You will work in a fast-paced retail environment with supportive leadership, competitive hourly pay, and uncapped commissions.

Qualifications

• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Ability to lift objects weighing up to 25lbs.
• Reliable transportation.
• Full Time (40 hours) or Part Time (20+ hours) availability.

Responsibilities

• Learn and build proficiency in customer service while providing a best-in-class experience and building loyalty.
• Explore customer needs and demonstrate the latest technology in-store.
• Side-by-side selling to provide personalized solutions beyond devices and plans, including accessories and IoT devices.
• Guide customers through purchasing with thoughtful questions and clear explanations.
• Collaborate with team and store leaders to ensure a seamless customer experience.
