Job summary

Arch Telecom is seeking Mobile Associates to join our national wireless retail team. You will learn customer service, demonstrate devices, and help customers choose plans and accessories while building lasting relationships.

We value a strong desire to learn, 18+ years old, a HS diploma, and the ability to stand for long periods. Part-time or full-time roles offer competitive pay, uncapped commissions, and clear paths to promotion.

Qualifications

• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred

Responsibilities

• Helping customers pick up right where they left off in their shopping journey, whether online, through Customer Care or in-store
• Exploring individual needs and providing hands-on demonstrations of the latest technology in-store
• Side-by-side selling to find personalized solutions beyond the bare-bones device and service plan
• Guide your customers through their purchasing experience with thoughtful questions, informative answers and sharing your expertise
• Build relationships with and partner with employees across channels to collectively own the customer experience and resolve issues
