Job summary

Arch Telecom is hiring for a Learning Mobile Associate role in our national wireless retail network. You will work with a team to build product knowledge and deliver best-in-class customer experiences in-store, online, and via Customer Care.

You will learn to demo devices, upsell accessories, and provide thoughtful guidance to customers while developing skills for a future Mobile Expert position. This role features training, team collaboration, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred.
• Willingness to learn and grow within a fast-paced retail setting.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with customers.

Responsibilities

• Help customers pick up where they left off in their shopping journey across online, in-store, or via Customer Care.
• Provide hands-on demos of new technology and devices.
• Engage in side-by-side selling to tailor solutions beyond basic devices and plans.
• Ask thoughtful questions, share expertise, and guide purchasing decisions.
• Develop relationships with teammates and cross-channel partners to ensure a seamless customer experience.
