Arch Telecom is seeking Mobile Associates to join our store team and deliver outstanding customer service while learning the latest wireless technology. You will demonstrate devices, discuss plans, and help customers find personalized solutions.

This is a learning role with growth to Mobile Expert after training completion. Ideal candidates have at least 6 months in customer service or sales, are at least 18, and can work full- or part-time.

Qualifications

• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, retail environment preferred.
• Be at least 18 years old.
• Full Time (40 hours) or Part Time (20+ hours) availability.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in-store and online to complete purchases.
• Demonstrate devices and services, explain options, and upsell where appropriate.
• Provide a best-in-class customer experience and build loyalty.
• Collaborate with team and store leaders to meet goals.
