Job summary

Cribl is seeking a Solutions Engineer to help customers unlock the full potential of Cribl in real-world environments. This remote-first role is based in the Western region of the United States, with opportunities to engage across time zones and fight complexity with scalable demos and technical discovery.

You will demo the product, support sales cycles, document use cases, and contribute to high-velocity engagements. Base salary ranges from $110,000 to $173,000 USD plus incentives and benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years in Sales Engineering with Logs, Metrics, IT Operations and Security.
• Security industry experience is a bonus.
• Reside in the Western region of the United States.

Responsibilities

• Help customers understand the value of Cribl during the sales process
• Demo the product and answer customer questions during sales calls
• Support customers during proof steps such as workshops and POVs
• Document interesting use cases in blog posts
• Operate effectively in a high-volume, high-velocity sales environment, delivering efficient, repeatable technical discovery, demonstrations, and solution consultations at scale
• We are a remote-first company and work happens across many time-zones - you may be required to occasionally perform duties outside your standard working hours
