Cribl is a remote-first B2B SAAS data observability company hiring a Solutions Engineer for the Western United States. You will help customers understand Cribl's value, demo the product, and support them through proofs of concept, workshops, and technical discovery.

• Minimum of 3 years in Sales Engineering with Logs, Metrics, IT Operations and Security.
• Security industry experience is a bonus.
• Residence in the Western region of the United States.

Responsibilities

• Help customers understand the value of Cribl during the sales process.
• Demo the product and answer customer questions during sales calls.
• Support customers during workshops and POVs.
• Document interesting use cases in blog posts.
• Operate effectively in a high-volume, high-velocity sales environment and deliver scalable technical discovery, demonstrations, and solution consultations.
