Job summary

Cribl, a remote-first B2B SaaS data observability company, is seeking a Solutions Engineer to help customers unlock Cribl's potential in real-world environments.

In this role you will demo the product, answer questions in sales calls, support proofs, and document use cases in blogs, while coordinating across time zones. Base pay plus incentives, with a focus in the Western United States.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years in Sales Engineering with Logs, Metrics, IT Operations and Security.
• Security industry experience is a bonus.
• Reside in the Western region of the United States.

Responsibilities

• Help customers understand Cribl's value during the sales process.
• Demo the product and answer customer questions during sales calls.
• Support customers during workshops and POVs.
• Document use cases in blog posts.
• Maintain high-volume, high-velocity sales with multiple concurrent opportunities.
• Occasionally work outside standard hours due to time-zone coverage.
