You’ll demo the product, answer questions during sales calls, support workshops and POVs, and document use cases in blog posts.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years in Sales Engineering experience focusing on Logs, Metrics, IT Operations and Security.
• Security industry experience is a bonus.
• Reside in the Western region of the United States.

Responsibilities

• Help customers understand Cribl's value during the sales process.
• Demo the product and answer customer questions during sales calls.
• Support customers during proof steps such as workshops and POVs.
• Document interesting use cases in blog posts.
• Operate in a high-volume, high-velocity sales environment with scalable discovery, demonstrations, and consultations.
• Occasionally perform duties outside standard working hours due to time-zone coverage.
