Cribl, a B2B SAAS data observability company, is hiring a Solutions Engineer for a remote role based in the Western region of the United States. You will help customers uncover Cribl's value through demos, sales calls, and collaborative workshops.

You’ll work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, documenting use cases in blogs and supporting customers from initial engagement to proof steps, with compensation tied to base salary plus incentives.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in sales engineering focused on logs, metrics, IT operations and security.
• Security industry experience is a bonus.
• Reside in the Western region of the United States.

Responsibilities

• Help customers understand Cribl's value during the sales process.
• Demo the product and answer questions during sales calls.
• Support customers during proof steps such as workshops and POVs.
• Document interesting use cases in blog posts.
• Operate effectively in a high-volume, high-velocity sales environment, delivering scalable technical discovery, demonstrations, and solution consultations at scale.
• We are a remote-first company and may require duties outside standard working hours.
