Job summary

MBK Senior Living seeks an Activities Assistant - PT to support the Wellness Programming team. You will develop and deliver group programs for Independent Living and Assisted Living residents, preparing materials, spaces, and facilitating sessions with warmth and enthusiasm.

As part of a hospitality‑driven environment, you will help transport residents, engage them in activities, and contribute to a safe, welcoming community. This role emphasizes person‑centered care and living well together.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to facilitate group programs and activities.
• Strong interpersonal skills to engage residents.
• Ability to transport residents to activities when needed.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead engaging group programs for IL/AL residents.
• Coordinate spaces, supplies, and materials for programs.
• Encourage participation and assist with transportation to outings.
• Collaborate with volunteers and community partners for program delivery.
• Support administrative tasks for the Wellness Programming team.
