MBK Senior Living is seeking a Wellness Programming Assistant to support the development and delivery of group programs across Independent Living, Assisted Living, and CFL. You will lead daily activities, prepare spaces, and help residents stay connected and engaged.

You will coordinate with staff and volunteers, assist with transportation, and help maintain a welcoming, compliant environment. Weekend/evening availability may be required.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate's degree preferred.
• Minimum 1+ years' experience leading groups with varying independence in a similar environment.

Responsabilidades

• Build supportive relationships with residents to understand interests and plan programs.
• Encourage participation and escort residents to programs; assist with transportation when needed.
• Prepare and manage program spaces and materials; capture photos/videos per guidelines.
• Collaborate with volunteers and community partners; use electronic systems for content management and reporting.
• Assist the Director of Wellness Programming with administrative tasks.
• Provide backup transportation to ensure timely access to appointments and events.
• Maintain a safe, welcoming environment and comply with safety standards and regulations.
• Promote teamwork and MBK’s core values in all interactions.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or director.
