MBK Senior Living is seeking a PRN Wellness Programming Assistant to support the Wellness Programming team. You will help develop and deliver group programs across Independent Living and Assisted Living, under the Director of Wellness Programming, fostering an engaging, inclusive environment for residents.

The role emphasizes warmth, strong people skills, and the ability to transport residents when needed. A High School Diploma or GED is required, with an Associate’s degree preferred and 1+

Responsibilities

• Build supportive relationships with residents; plan, schedule, and facilitate engaging group programs and outings.
• Escort residents to preferred programs and assist with transportation.
• Prepare and manage program spaces, supplies, and materials; capture photos/videos per guidelines.
