Job summary

MBK Senior Living in Blue Ash, OH seeks a part-time Activities Assistant to support wellness programming across independent and assisted living. You will help run group activities, assist with resident transportation, and collaborate with staff to create engaging experiences for residents.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
• 1+ year of experience leading groups with varying independence.
• Valid state driver’s license and auto insurance to transport residents.

Responsibilities

• Build supportive relationships with residents to plan and facilitate engaging programs.
• Escort residents to programs and assist with transportation when needed.
• Prepare spaces, supplies, and materials; ensure safety and accessibility.
• Collaborate with volunteers and partners; use office tools for documentation and reporting.
• Assist the Director with administrative tasks while upholding MBK values.
• Provide backup transportation; ensure safe, timely, courteous access to activities.
• Maintain a safe environment and comply with regulations and policies.
