Job summary

MBK Senior Living is seeking an Activity Assistant to support the Wellness Programming team across Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care. The role emphasizes facilitating daily group programs, preparing spaces, and engaging residents in meaningful activities.

You will work under the Director of Wellness Programming, bringing warmth, enthusiasm, and strong people skills to create a connected, purposeful community.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred.
• 1+ years of group-leading experience in similar settings preferred.
• Strong communication and english proficiency required.
• Competent in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and standard office equipment.

Responsibilities

• Build supportive relationships with residents to tailor group programs and events.
• Escort residents to programs and assist with transportation as needed.
• Prepare spaces, supplies, and materials; capture photos/videos per guidelines.
• Collaborate with volunteers and community partners; manage content and reporting.
• Assist Director with administrative tasks while upholding MBK core values.
