Job summary

MBK Senior Living is seeking a Wellness Programming Assistant to support group programs across Independent Living, Assisted Living, and CFL. You’ll lead activities, prepare spaces, and encourage resident participation with warmth and enthusiasm.

Under the Director of Wellness Programming, you’ll transport residents when needed, coordinate with volunteers, and maintain safe, engaging environments. A HS diploma and 1+ year group-leading experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Leads group activities for residents with varying abilities.
• Excellent communication with diverse groups.
• Proven ability to plan and run engaging programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily wellness programming sessions for IL/AL/CFL.
• Prepare spaces and materials; ensure safety and accessibility.
• Coordinate transportation when needed and engage volunteers.
