MBK Senior Living is seeking an enthusiastic Wellness Programming Assistant to lead daily group activities across Independent Living and Assisted Living communities. You will prepare spaces, encourage resident participation, and assist with transportation for outings and appointments.

You will collaborate with staff and volunteers, maintaining safety and program quality while representing MBK’s core values in all interactions.

Qualifications

• Ability to lead groups with varying levels of independence and communicate effectively.
• Strong interpersonal skills for resident interactions and teamwork.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard office equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate daily group programs for IL/AL residents.
• Prepare materials and spaces for programs, ensuring safety and accessibility.
• Assist with transportation to outings/appointments when needed.
• Collaborate with volunteers and community partners and document activities.
• Support administrative tasks for the Director of Wellness Programming.
