MBK Senior Living is seeking a PRN Wellness Programming Assistant to support and deliver engaging group programs across Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Connections for Living. You will help plan activities, prepare spaces, and transport residents while promoting a warm, engaging environment that aligns with MBK’s values.

You will work under the Director of Wellness Programming, fostering participation, coordinating with volunteers, and documenting program outcomes, with a strong

• 1+ years of experience leading groups with varying independence in IL/AL settings.
• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Associate’s degree is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance for transporting residents.
• Excellent communication skills in English; able to work independently.
• Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and facilitate daily group programs in IL/AL/CFL.
• Prepare materials, spaces, and transportation for residents.
• Encourage participation and document activities per guidelines.
• Collaborate with volunteers and community partners.
• Support the Director of Wellness Programming with administrative tasks.
• Maintain safety and compliance with regulations.
