Job summary

MBK Senior Living in Petaluma, CA is seeking a part-time Activities Assistant to join our Wellness Programming team. You will help develop and run engaging group programs across Independent Living, Assisted Living, and CFL, while supporting transportation of residents as needed.

You will work under the Director of Wellness Programming, coordinating with volunteers and staff, preparing materials, and creating a warm, inclusive environment that reflects MBK’s values of Ageless Explorations and

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate’s degree preferred.
• Must have valid driver’s license and auto insurance for transporting residents.
• Excellent communication in English; strong reasoning and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate daily group programs across IL/AL/CFL.
• Prepare materials and spaces, encourage resident participation.
• Transport residents to outings as needed.
• Coordinate with volunteers and track program content.
