MBK Senior Living is seeking a part-time Activities Assistant to support wellness programming across Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Connections for Living. You will lead daily group activities, prep spaces, and help transport residents to events.

Role requires strong communication, organization, and the ability to work independently. Includes a stable part-time schedule with opportunities for training and growth within MBK’s wellness initiatives.

Competenze

• Must have excellent communication skills in spoken and written English.
• Ability to understand issues and process information for feedback.
• Strong reasoning and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and standard office equipment.

Mansioni

• Build supportive relationships with residents to plan and facilitate engaging group programs.
• Assist with transportation to appointments and outings as needed.
• Prepare and manage program spaces, supplies, and materials for safety and accessibility.
• Collaborate with volunteers, resident groups, and community partners; use electronic systems for content management and reporting.
• Support administrative tasks for the Director of Wellness Programming.
