Job summary

MBK Senior Living is seeking a PRN Wellness Programming Assistant to support the development and delivery of group programs across Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Connections for Living as needed. You will assist in preparing materials, spaces, and transportation, while fostering a warm, engaging environment for residents.

The role emphasizes strong people skills, teamwork, and the ability to adapt programs to residents’ interests.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; Associate degree preferred.
• 1+ years of experience leading groups.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver’s license and willing to transport residents.

Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate daily group wellness programs for residents.
• Prepare spaces and materials, ensure safety and accessibility.
• Encourage participation and assist with transportation as needed.
• Coordinate with volunteers and track participation.
• Assist with administrative tasks for the Wellness Programming Director.
