Job summary

MBK Senior Living seeks a Wellness Programming Assistant to support group programs across Independent Living, Assisted Living, and CFL. The role involves leading daily activities, preparing spaces, and encouraging resident participation under the Director of Wellness Programming.

You will accompany residents on outings, assist with transportation, and maintain a welcoming, safe environment aligned with MBK’s Ageless Explorations values.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
• 1+ year(s) of experience leading groups with varied independence.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and computer skills.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance for resident transportation.

Responsibilities

• Build supportive relationships with residents and plan engaging programs.
• Lead daily group activities for IL/AL residents and outings.
• Escort residents to programs and assist with transportation when needed.
• Prepare spaces, supplies, and safety measures for activities.
• Collaborate with volunteers and staff; document activities as required.
