Job summary

MBK Senior Living is seeking a part-time Wellness Programming Assistant to support group programs across Independent Living, Assisted Living, and CFL as needed. You will lead daily programs, prepare materials, and help create an engaging resident experience under the Director of Wellness Programming.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with diverse residents.
• Valid state-issued driver’s license and insurance for transporting residents.
• 1+ years of experience leading groups with varying independence levels.

Responsibilities

• Build supportive relationships with residents to plan, schedule, and facilitate group programs.
• Escort residents to programs and assist with transportation as needed.
• Prepare spaces and materials; capture photos/videos per company guidelines.
• Collaborate with volunteers and community partners; use electronic systems for documentation and reporting.
• Assist the Director of Wellness Programming with administrative tasks while promoting MBK values.
