Job summary

MBK Senior Living in California is seeking an Activities Assistant to support the Wellness Programming team. You will facilitate daily group programs for Independent Living and Assisted Living residents, prepare spaces and materials, and help create a connected, engaging community.

Responsibilities include coordinating activities, transporting residents when needed, and collaborating with volunteers and partners.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience leading groups with varying levels of independence.
• Must possess valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance for transporting residents.
• Excellent communication skills in English and ability to engage diverse groups.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate daily group programs for IL/AL residents and CFL as needed.
• Prepare spaces and materials; encourage participation and engagement.
• Coordinate with volunteers and community partners for events.
• Assist with transportation to outings and appointments as needed.
• Maintain safety and accessibility in program spaces.
