Job summary

MBK Senior Living is seeking a PRN Wellness Programming Assistant to support group programs across Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Connections for Living when needed. You will assist the Director of Wellness Programming by facilitating activities, preparing spaces, and helping residents stay engaged and connected.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, 1+ year of group-leading experience, valid driver’s license, and strong communication and computer skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of work experience leading groups with varying independence levels preferred.
• Strong communication and computer skills (Microsoft Office).
• Must pass background checks, health screening, and TB test within 7 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate daily group programs for IL/AL residents and CFL as needed.
• Prepare and manage program spaces, supplies, and materials.
• Transport residents to outings and appointments when required.
• Collaborate with volunteers and partner groups; document activities per guidelines.
