Job summary

Relativity is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to provide expert technical assistance to government and enterprise customers across multiple product areas. You will diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve issues, using SQL queries and Windows-based tools, while maintaining accurate records in Salesforce.

This role requires 4x10-hour weekend shifts (Sat, Sun, Tue, Wed 9:00 AM–8:00 PM CST) with on-call options, U.S.

Qualifications

• Provide customer support for technical issues and maintain accurate ticket records.
• Respond to customer questions and requests daily with a focus on service levels.
• Develop product/solution expertise and share knowledge with customers.

Responsibilities

• Use SQL applications and tools to run basic SQL queries.
• Respond to customer questions, problems, and work requests on a daily basis.
• Develop expertise in company products and services and share knowledge with customers.
• Partner with senior team members to troubleshoot and resolve incidents.
• Follow procedures to create, categorize, update, escalate, and resolve tickets.
