Meritas Advisory Group, LLC is seeking Weekend RN Supervisors to lead weekend operations in Connecticut. The role requires on-site supervision, clinical leadership, and ensuring continuity of care for residents across weekend shifts.

Patients are cared for under regulatory standards with EMR documentation using PointClickCare. A Baylor option allows 32 weekend hours while maintaining full-time benefits, with every weekend commitment expected.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Connecticut.
• 2–3 years nursing experience in SNF/LTC/sub-acute setting.
• Leadership experience in long-term care preferred.
• Experience with PointClickCare EMR for documentation.

Responsibilities

• Weekend clinical leadership to supervise nursing operations.
• Conduct rounds across units to monitor resident status and workflows.
• Provide triage and rapid clinical decision-making during incidents.
• Assist with weekend admissions, transfers, and discharges.
• Coach and support RNs, LPNs, and CNAs, ensuring shift accountability.
• Ensure EMR documentation and regulatory compliance.
