ExcelliSearch, Inc. is seeking a Weekend RN Supervisor to lead weekend nursing operations in Connecticut. This on-site role requires supervising RNs, LPNs, and CNAs, ensuring care is aligned with physician orders and care plans.

The Baylor option provides 32 weekend hours with additional paid hours and full-time benefits. Reporting to nursing administration, you will oversee rounds, triage, documentation, and regulatory compliance, maintaining resident safety and high-quality care across weekend

Formación

• Licensure: Current, active RN license in Connecticut.
• Clinical Experience: 2–3 years in SNF/LTC/sub-acute rehab.
• Leadership: Prior supervisory or charge nurse experience preferred.
• Clinical Prioritization: Ability to manage shift priorities and make critical weekend decisions.
• EMR Proficiency: Experience with EMR systems (PointClickCare) for documentation.

Responsabilidades

• Provide weekend clinical leadership and supervise nursing operations.
• Conduct routine rounds to monitor resident conditions and staff workflows.
• Respond to triage situations and support rapid clinical decision-making.
• Assist with admissions, transfers, and room assignments.
• Coach and mentor RNs, LPNs, and CNAs; ensure shift accountability.
• Ensure EMR documentation complies with DPH and CMS regulations.
