Job summary

RRC Solutions Group is seeking a Weekend RN Supervisor to lead Saturday and Sunday nursing operations in Connecticut. This on-site role supports weekend shift leadership, triage, and staff coordination with a Baylor option available.

The ideal candidate holds an active CT RN license, 2–3 years in SNF/LTC, and proven EMR experience (PointClickCare). Reporting to Nursing Administration, you’ll ensure care continuity and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted RN license in Connecticut.
• 2–3 years nursing experience in SNF/LTC or sub-acute rehab.
• Experience supervising weekend nursing staff preferred.
• Proficiency with EMR systems, specifically PointClickCare.

Responsibilities

• Provide weekend clinical leadership and supervision of RNs, LPNs, and CNAs.
• Perform rounds and monitor resident conditions, medications, and infection control.
• Guide staff, prioritize patient care, and ensure regulatory compliance.
