Job summary

SteveRecruiter, LLC is seeking a Weekend RN Supervisor to lead on-site weekend nursing operations in Connecticut. Qualifications

Active Connecticut RN license required.
2–3 years nursing experience in SNF/LTC or sub-acute rehab.
Prior supervisory/leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Weekend clinical leadership and supervision of nursing operations.
Conduct rounds and monitor resident conditions, meds, infection control, and staff workflows.
Provide triage and rapid clinical decision-making during changes or events.
Assist with admissions, transfers, and hospital discharge orders.
Coach and mentor RNs, LPNs, and CNAs; maintain shift accountability.
Ensure EMR documentation complies with DPH and CMS.
