Key People is seeking a Weekend RN Supervisor to lead on-site weekend nursing operations in Connecticut. You will oversee clinical leadership, triage, and support to RNs, LPNs, and CNAs across weekend shifts, ensuring care continuity and regulatory compliance.

The Baylor program offers 32 weekend hours paid as 38, with full-time benefits eligibility. Strong EMR proficiency (PointClickCare) and weekend supervisory experience are required for this permanent, direct-hire role.

Qualifications

• Current CT RN license required.
• 2–3 years SNF/LTC nursing experience.
• Weekend supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee weekend nursing operations and provide leadership.
• Conduct rounds and monitor resident conditions across units.
• Triage emergencies and support staff decisions.
• Assist with admissions, transfers, and orders.
• Coach RNs/LPNs/CNAs and ensure shift accountability.
• Ensure EMR documentation complies with DPH and CMS.
