Job summary

Workforce Recruiter is seeking a Weekend RN Supervisor for a Connecticut-based healthcare and senior living provider. The role is on-site, weekend-focused, and reports to nursing administration to ensure safe, compliant care across all weekend shifts.

Responsibilities include clinical leadership, unit rounds, triage, admissions support, staff guidance, and EMR documentation (PointClickCare). Baylor option provides 32 weekend hours paid as 38 with full-time benefits.

Qualifications

• RN license in CT is required
• Minimum 2–3 years in SNF/LTC/sub-acute care
• Prior supervisory/charge nurse experience preferred
• Ability to prioritize clinically and manage weekend shifts
• Hands-on EMR documentation in PointClickCare and order entry

Responsibilities

• Provide weekend clinical leadership and supervise nursing operations
• Conduct routine rounds across units monitoring resident status and staff workflows
• Provide rapid clinical decision-making during changes and emergencies
• Assist with weekend admissions, transfers, and discharge orders
• Coach and mentor RNs, LPNs, and CNAs to ensure shift accountability
• Ensure accurate EMR documentation compliant with DPHP/CMS regulations
