Ridgemont Resources, Inc. is seeking a Weekend RN Supervisor to lead weekend operations in Connecticut. The role focuses on clinical leadership, triage oversight, and on-site management of RNs, LPNs, and CNAs during weekend shifts.

Reporting to nursing administration, you ensure regulatory compliance, resident safety, and smooth coordination of care while maintaining a supportive environment for unit staff. Flexible weekend schedule with Baylor option available.

Qualifications

• Current, active RN license in Connecticut.
• 2–3 years nursing experience in SNF/LTC/sub-acute rehab.
• Experience supervising or managing nursing staff in a long-term care setting.
• Proficiency with electronic medical records (PointClickCare) for documentation and orders.

Responsabilités

• Supervise weekend nursing operations and direct clinical staff.
• Conduct rounds to monitor resident status, meds, infection control, and workflow.
• Provide triage decisions during resident status changes or urgent events.
• Assist with weekend admissions, transfers, and room assignments.
• Coach and mentor RNs, LPNs, and CNAs to ensure teamwork and accountability.
• Ensure EMR documentation complies with DPH and CMS regulations.
