Management Performance Associates is seeking an experienced Weekend RN Supervisor for Connecticut-based facilities. This on-site role leads weekend nursing operations, ensures regulatory compliance, and supports charge nurses, CNAs, and floor nurses to maintain resident safety.

The position offers a Baylor option with 32 weekend hours paid as 38, full-time benefits eligibility, and a schedule of Saturday and Sunday shifts.

Qualifikationen

• Active Connecticut RN license
• 2–3 years of nursing experience in SNF/LTC or similar
• Leadership experience in long-term care preferred
• Experience with EMR documentation (PointClickCare)

Aufgaben

• Weekend Clinical Leadership: supervise weekend nursing operations and ensure person-centered care.
• Unit Operations & Rounds: monitor resident conditions and staff workflows.
• Triage & Emergency Response: rapid clinical decision-making.
• Admissions & Transfers: assist with weekend admissions and transfers.
• Staff Guidance & Support: mentor RNs, LPNs, CNAs; maintain shift accountability.
• Documentation & Compliance: EMR documentation per DPH and CMS.
