Talent With Heart in Connecticut is seeking a Weekend RN Supervisor to lead weekend nursing operations on-site. The role centers on clinical leadership, triage oversight, and staff collaboration to ensure safe resident care and regulatory compliance.

The position offers weekend shift options with a Baylor plan, a direct-hire, permanent employment path, and comprehensive benefits. Applicants should hold an active CT RN license and have hands-on EMR experience, especially with PointClickCare.

Qualifications

• Active CT RN license with unrestricted practice.
• 2–3 years in SNF/LTC or sub-acute rehab.
• Weekend supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong collaboration and communication with RNs, LPNs and CNAs.
• Experience with PointClickCare EMR for documentation.

Responsabilités

• Oversee weekend nursing operations and staff.
• Conduct routine rounds and monitor resident care.
• Coordinate weekend admissions, transfers and discharges.
• Provide clinical guidance and coaching to team members.
• Ensure accurate EMR documentation and regulatory compliance.
