Vivmark Residential seeks a Community Concierge to lead front desk operations and deliver exceptional hospitality for residents. You will monitor foot traffic, assist residents and prospects, and coordinate with leasing and maintenance to ensure a smooth move-in/move-out process.

This role emphasizes strong communication, organized support, and a warm, professional demeanor. The position runs Saturdays and Sundays from 3pm to 11pm, with opportunities to support other concierge roles via

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of related experience in a hotel, retail or restaurant preferred.
• Proficiency in using administrative software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Mobility to walk the property and maneuver packages/deliveries.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor foot traffic and provide top-notch customer service
• Implement resident satisfaction programs and maintain company service standards
• Serve as point of contact, offering assistance, information, and personalized recommendations
• Partner with the leasing office and maintenance team to create a great experience for prospects, the move-in/move-out process, and current residents
• Time management: juggle multiple tasks and time-sensitive requests while keeping composure and positivity
• Patience: provide best level of customer service to all residents, vendors, and future prospects through the front doors
• Organization: keep phone messages, resident packages, and maintenance requests in line and moving efficiently, escalating to proper next steps
