Job summary

Vivmark Residential is seeking a Concierge to lead our front desk operations in Vienna, VA. This role focuses on delivering exceptional resident experiences, greeting visitors, and coordinating with leasing and maintenance to ensure smooth move-ins and daily operations.

The Saturday–Sunday 3pm–11pm schedule supports our residents' needs, and candidates should have a High School diploma, 1+ years in hospitality or related fields, and proficiency with MS Office.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of related experience in a hotel, retail or restaurant preferred.
• Proficiency with administrative software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Must be able to walk the property and handle packages/deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Manage front desk operations and guest services.
• Monitor foot traffic and provide top-notch customer service.
• Implement programs to improve resident satisfaction.
• Coordinate with leasing and maintenance for move‑in/out and resident experience.
