Job summary

Vivmark Residential is seeking a Concierge to lead front desk operations and deliver exceptional resident experiences in Seattle, WA. The role emphasizes hospitality-level customer service and proactive problem-solving to create a welcoming, luxury feel for residents and prospects.

As part-time staff, you will work Thursday to Saturday, supporting the move-in/out process and coordinating with leasing and maintenance teams to ensure a seamless resident journey and high satisfaction levels.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalency (GED) required.
• 1+ years of related experience in a hotel, retail or restaurant is preferred.
• Proficiency in using administrative software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Mobility to walk the property and maneuver packages/deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Oversee front desk operations and uphold exceptional customer service for residents and prospects.
• Monitor foot traffic and respond to resident inquiries and requests with poise and clarity.
• Implement programs to address resident satisfaction and maintain service standards.
• Collaborate with Leasing Office and Maintenance to ensure smooth move-ins/outs and daily resident experience.
