Vivmark Residential is seeking a Concierge to lead our front desk team and elevate the resident experience. You will monitor foot traffic, assist residents and prospects, and collaborate with leasing and maintenance to ensure seamless move-ins and ongoing service.

Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for daily operations. The role runs 7am to 3pm, Monday through Friday, with a focus on hospitality standards and resident satisfaction at our Washington, DC community.

Formación

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of related experience in a hotel, retail or restaurant preferred.
• Proficiency in using administrative software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Mobility to walk the property and maneuver packages/deliveries.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the face of Vivmark; greet residents and prospects and provide information and directions.
• Monitor foot traffic and assist with move-in/move-out coordination and service requests.
• Coordinate with leasing and maintenance teams to ensure a seamless resident experience.
• Maintain timely, accurate communication and uphold customer service standards.
