Vivmark Residential is seeking a Concierge to lead our front desk team in Arlington, VA. This part-time role runs Saturdays and Sundays from 3pm to 11pm, with a total of 16 scheduled hours per week, offering a base pay range of $43,500 to $60,500.

You will deliver exceptional customer service, coordinate with leasing and maintenance, and ensure residents feel welcomed and cared for in a luxury living environment.

Qualifikationen

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of related experience in hospitality, retail or service.
• Proficiency with administrative software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Mobility to walk the property and handle packages.
