Job summary

Vivmark Residential is seeking a Concierge to lead our front desk team and deliver exceptional customer service for residents and prospects. The role emphasizes welcoming interactions, coordinating with leasing and maintenance, and maintaining high service standards.

This part-time position runs Saturdays and Sundays from 3pm–11pm, offering a great way to supplement other work and gain experience in hospitality. Strong communication is essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalency (GED) required.
• 1+ years of related experience in a hotel, retail or restaurant is preferred.
• Proficiency in using administrative software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Mobility to walk the property and maneuver packages/deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Front desk operations management and maintaining exceptional customer service.
• Monitor foot traffic and provide information, assistance, and recommendations to residents and prospects.
• Partner with leasing office and maintenance teams to ensure smooth move-in/move-out and resident experience.
• Uphold company standards for service quality and residents' satisfaction.
