Vivmark Residential seeks a Concierge to lead front desk operations and deliver luxury living experiences. You will be the face of Vivmark, greeting residents and prospects, guiding them, and coordinating with leasing and maintenance for move-ins and ongoing service.

The role emphasizes high service standards, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks with poise in a hospitality-focused environment. Weekend evenings provide a meaningful schedule alignment.

Formación

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of related experience in hotel, retail, or restaurant preferred.
• Proficiency in using administrative software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Mobility to walk the property and maneuver packages/deliveries.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor foot traffic at the front desk and maintain a welcoming environment.
• Provide top-notch customer service and assist residents and prospects with information and guidance.
• Implement programs to address resident satisfaction and uphold customer service standards.
• Partner with leasing and maintenance teams to ensure smooth move-in/move-out and ongoing resident experience.
