Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of related experience in hotel, retail or restaurant preferred.
• Proficiency in using administrative software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Mobility to walk the property and maneuver packages/deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Monitor foot traffic and provide top-notch customer service at the front desk.
• Implement programs to address resident satisfaction and uphold service standards.
• Serve as a primary contact, offering information and personalized recommendations.
• Collaborate with leasing and maintenance teams to ensure a smooth move-in/move-out process and resident experience.
• Represent Vivmark Residential with professionalism and courtesy at all times.
