Job summary

RethinkFirst is seeking a Website Manager to own the day-to-day operation, quality, and governance of our public marketing websites across RethinkBH, RethinkCare, and RethinkEd. This hands-on role will manage the content management system, publishing intake, releases, technical health, accessibility, and search readiness of our web properties.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience managing production marketing websites and publishing through a modern CMS.
• Working knowledge of HTML and CSS and the ability to diagnose front-end issues.
• Experience with technical SEO, accessibility, responsive design, redirects, and QA release.
• Experience using web analytics and site-health tools such as GA4 or Google Search Console.
• Strong project-management and stakeholder-management skills.
• Strong documentation, problem-solving, and follow-through in multi-brand environments.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day administration of the CMS, pages, templates, components, permissions, publishing workflows, and content structure.
• Manage intake and prioritization for website requests across business lines and translate needs into plans and schedules.
• Build and update pages using established components; coordinate with designers, developers, and agencies for new functionality.
• Lead website QA and release readiness, including accessibility, links, forms, and tracking.
• Monitor and improve website health, performance, Core Web Vitals, redirects, crawlability, metadata, and SEO fundamentals.
• Maintain website forms and integrations; document requirements for internal or external partners.
• Implement campaign tracking, consent management, and landing-page tests in partnership with Marketing teams.
• Create governance, documentation, and reusable processes to reduce bottlenecks and clarify ownership.
• Use analytics and site-quality tools to identify issues and provide concise recommendations.
