Job summary

RethinkFirst is seeking a Website Manager to own the day-to-day operation, quality, and governance of our public marketing websites across RethinkBH, RethinkCare, and RethinkEd. Reporting to the VP of Marketing Analytics and Operations, this hands‑on role will manage the content management system, publishing intake, releases, technical health, accessibility, and search readiness of our web properties.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience managing production marketing websites.
• Experience with modern CMS platforms (WordPress, Webflow, HubSpot, Contentful).
• Knowledge of web analytics tools and SEO fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day administration of the CMS, pages, templates, components, and publishing workflows.
• Lead intake prioritization and release planning across brands.
• Perform QA, accessibility checks, and post‑launch verifications.
• Monitor site health, performance, redirects, and metadata for SEO quality.
• Maintain forms and integrations, and document technical requirements.
