Job summary

RethinkFirst is seeking a Website Manager to own day-to-day operation, quality, and governance of public marketing websites across RethinkBH, RethinkCare, and RethinkEd. This hands-on role will manage the CMS, publishing intake, releases, and technical health, accessibility, and search readiness.

The role partners with Performance Marketing, Creative and Brand, Content, Marketing Operations, and tech teams to translate business needs into reliable web experiences while aligning with measurement

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, web development, information systems, communications, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 3–5 years of hands-on experience managing production marketing websites and publishing through a modern CMS (WordPress, Webflow, HubSpot, Contentful, or similar).
• Working knowledge of HTML and CSS and ability to diagnose front-end, template, form, and integration issues.
• Experience with technical SEO, website accessibility, responsive design, redirects, performance, and QA.
• Experience using web analytics and site-health tools (GA4, Google Search Console, etc.).
• Strong project-management and stakeholder-management skills in a multi-brand environment.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day administration of the CMS (pages, templates, components, permissions, publishing workflows).
• Manage intake and prioritization for website requests across business lines and translate needs into plans and release schedules.
• Build and update pages and landing pages using established components; coordinate with designers and developers for new functionality.
• Lead website QA and release readiness including content accuracy, accessibility, and tracking.
• Monitor and improve website health, performance, Core Web Vitals, redirects, crawlability, metadata, and SEO fundamentals.
• Maintain website forms and routine integrations and document technical requirements for partners.
• Implement and maintain website-side requirements for campaign tracking, consent management, and landing-page tests.
• Create governance and reusable processes to reduce bottlenecks and clarify ownership and standards.
• Use analytics and site-quality tools to identify issues and share recommendations with stakeholders.
