Job summary

RethinkFirst is seeking a Website Manager to own the day-to-day operation, quality, and governance of our public marketing websites across RethinkBH, RethinkCare, and RethinkEd. This hands-on role manages the CMS, intake, releases, technical health, accessibility, and search readiness of our web properties in collaboration with Marketing, Creative, Content, and IT partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, web development, IS, communications, or related field.
• 3–5 years managing production marketing websites on a modern CMS.
• Strong HTML/CSS knowledge and ability to diagnose front-end issues.
• Experience with technical SEO, accessibility, and performance optimization.
• Experience with web analytics tools like GA4 or Google Search Console.
• Strong project-management and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to document processes in a multi-brand environment.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day CMS administration for websites, templates, components, and publishing workflows.
• Triage requests and translate approved needs into realistic release plans.
• Build and update pages using established components; coordinate with design and dev teams.
• Lead QA for content accuracy, accessibility, and post-launch checks.
• Monitor Core Web Vitals, redirects, metadata, and SEO fundamentals.
• Maintain forms and integrations; document requirements for partners.
