HDR is seeking a Business Class Lead (BCL) in the Water Business Group to mentor staff, drive delivery excellence, and align initiatives with market needs. You will collaborate with directors and market leaders to grow the business class and ensure project success across multiple disciplines.

The role emphasizes quality culture, recruiting, and cross-team collaboration to deliver impactful water resource planning projects and sustainable solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 10 years experience.
• Professional registration, license or certification may be required based on role
• Strong communication and listening skills
• Ability to handle multiple assignments

Responsibilities

• Fostering a quality culture through project delivery excellence and staff coaching; serve as a Quality Control lead and technical lead for projects.
• Lead or support standards, guidelines, tools, checklists, workflows to enhance service quality and efficiency.
• Participate in tactical planning, align initiatives with market drivers and client needs; lead recruiting efforts for key positions.
• Collaborate with HDR teams, engage on pursuits as lead or team member; drive industry strategies for the technical service area.
