Job summary

HDR is seeking a Business Class Lead (BCL) in the Water Business Group to monitor and improve technical competencies, staff development, and delivery of water resource planning work that meets federal standards. You will promote a quality culture, drive growth, and help hire and train staff within this technical service area.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• A minimum of 10 years experience.
• Professional registration, license or certification may be required based on role

• Ability to handle multiple assignments

Responsibilities

• Foster a quality culture through project delivery excellence and staff coaching as a QC lead or technical lead.
• Lead or support standards, guidelines, tools, checklists and workflows to enhance service quality.
• Participate in tactical planning and align initiatives with market drivers and client needs; support recruiting of key positions.
• Collaborate with HDR teams and marketing to track, develop and share qualifications and project approaches; engage on pursuits.
