Job summary

HDR is seeking a Business Class Lead (BCL) within the Water Business Group to work with the Business Class Director and HDR peers on water resource planning projects that meet federal standards. You will promote a quality culture, mentor staff, and drive growth and project delivery across HDR's Water division.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.
• Minimum 10 years of professional experience.
• Professional registration, license or certification may be required.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Ability to handle multiple assignments and priorities.
• Proven leadership and organizational capabilities; active participation in employee-owned culture.
